This is an internal experiment, creating a new way of building a customer relationship. Customers don’t want to be sold, so we will not sell. They want to be guided when they need guidance, so we respond to their needs. And they want to create their own experience, so we build a product and a business model that accommodates those needs. Some want help to to think through things , others don’t. Some want to buy at lowest price, others appreciate the service, Some move fast, other take their time. You see what is going very wrong today: Sales process that tries to be at control and do the things that are good for one but not for others. How about a sales process as unique as every individual customer? Is that still a process? In any case, conventional software can’t be “Programmed” to handle such a non-procedural, non-linear, hyper flexible process. Because a process it still is, if not for the supplier but for the customer.
For some this may be over thinking and too complicated. For others this may be a way to accommodate customers like it should be and yet others have a very different perspective. arguing alone does not help. So we set this concept in motion. We just started in February. And we canceled our CRM subscription to the end of April. So much about time lines.
The first thing we did is created a raw version of our AI First Strategy (see below).
CRMBlue.AI shall become a tool that helps our internal teams from all functions within our company to identify the needs and dreams of our customers. It shall help identify opportunities to help customers to be more successful and more satisfied with their work on our tools.
We do NOT want to build a better CRM system. Instead, we want to create an all-new situation in the relationship between customers and our entire team.

Our Product Management, R&D, Software Engineers, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance, and Management, shall be able to contribute to customer satisfaction in a way that was never possible before.
_ The features of CRMBlue
Every BlueCallom Teammate need to be able to find what they are looking for in our data repository, without compromising any privacy or legal requirements. They should not need to be bound to any available ‘functionality’ but by their creativity to ask questions. To achieve that goal we will build an open structure that is not bound to features at all, but to one feature that allows to get data in any combination without knowing the possible combinations in advance.
>> Why it may be important for you
We conduct this experiment for our own use which maybe very similar to your needs as well. In the next few weeks we will create a workgroup for those who want to join our experiment and contribute. The results are available under a ‘Common Creative’ license (see below) which allows you to use it for yourself, change it, but not sell it.
We will share our work publicly. We don’t want to become a CRM company but helping others how it can be done.
>> AI First Strategy
We made a quick and dirty AI First Strategy model for ourselves that includes the following aspects:
- Untrain our mind that rules-based processes with 100% repeatability are necessary for hyper-complex business processes.
- Think like our brain does, in a multi-lateral flow that continuously improves until it is forced to no longer make changes.
- Avoid change blockers
- Leverage Generative AI first before we look at an algorithm-dominated computational solution. But DO NOT ignore those solutions.
- Think of an ideal process for a single situation. Abstract the concept and allow the process to adopt any variation what so ever.
- Ask what the individual “ideal” is for any participant in the process.
- Assume that any process step may be used 10,000 times by 100 people in the next 10 years which amounts to 10 Million actions and may possible be adjusted 50 or more times in those 10 years.
- Understand that a Generative AI is able to handle almost any complexity as long as we know what we want.
- When your mind is untrained from conventional linear, rules based, fixed structures, ask what you really need and what your next action should include.
- Now you can form your tool in a way that was impossible before.
