Job description

You will help bringing a BlueCallom Generative-AI systems to an audience that takes gen-AI to a new level. Your AI-affinity will help significantly to create highly attractive initiatives for our primary target audience: “People who develop prompts, agents and similar technology for their internal or external customers“.

We solved some of the biggest problems in generative-AI space: Monetization of engineering work, building near-perfect prompts, custom prompt-library networks and more.

You will be responsible to let our target audience know that we can solve several of their day-to-day problems. You identify communication channels to reach that audience and design initiatives that attract them to review and explore our solutions.

Responsibilities as Digital AI Marketing Manager

  • PERSONAL MARKET ENGAGEMENT
    With brand new technology and brand new products, brand new markets get created. As our new Digital Marketing Manger, you are highly AI affine, you appreciate a marketing that happens IN the market WITH the market and not TO a market. You will engage with key players, influencers, users and customers to perfectly understand their needs and dreams. This will be the foundation of your marketing initiatives.
  • COMMUNITY BUILDING
    Together with our customer care and partner management teams you will coordinate community building and help our partners and customers to connect, exchange and thrive. You know that growth is largely influenced by word of moth and the word only spreads when we deliver a value. So growth in Marketing is not an quantitative but a qualitative KPI.
  • EVENT MANAGEMENT
    You will take care of event introductions, event pages, event publishing on respective media attractive and easy event registration, as well as event moderation and management. Events may be webinars, life events, conference participation or partner events.
  • INFLUENCER & NETWORK MARKETING
    You  will identify and connect with influencers in our space and explore joint engagements. This part of marketing is crucial for us as it may also provide feedback and ways to improve.
  • WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
    You are responsible for managing our website (WordPress) in any aspect of our marketing and customer experience goals. You will ensure that our daily expanding know how is communicated in a timely manner. And you are also improving our Website through maximizing the usage of plugins, AI-Mini-Apps and more. You will implement and monitor tools that provide traffic growth, usage pattern, interest analysis and more.
  • MARKETING ANALYTICS
    Across all activities you will make sure that everything is connected to a analytics system like OctoBoard. Data will help you understand what is going well and what not – in real time.
  • RESULTS ORIENTATION
    Content development and distribution is a key factor in marketing. However, it can quickly be rendered worthless when it does not reach the target audience. Thanks to great data and personal market engagement,  you will drive stellar results.

Qualifications as Digital AI Marketing Manager

  • Experience with Generative AI like ChatGPT, GPTBlue, Mid Journey or similar is necessary
  • You think and breath marketing and use technology to transport the content
  • You are using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and video creation, which are second nature to you.
  • You are leveraging AI tools like Mid Journey, Synthesia, Open.AI to optimize your creative time and push repeat jobs to machines.
  • You are well-versed in turning mediocre footage into stunning video clips.
  • Growth hacking is what turns you on and drives 30% growth per month
  • You are a natural networking talent that allows you to connect with whoever is relevant to your work
  • You leverage reporting tools to bring everything in alignment.
  • You can easily switch between English and German language
  • You are a live long learner to continuously enhances your relevant experience levels

Our office is next to the lake, the opera, and the city center. There are tram stops, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance. We are all happy to think, create, work, and grow together. We are all BTO (Back to Office).
Home office won’t work for us.
